• Health & Diagnostics: Historical medical concerns and generated diagnostic lab reports shared between GoHealthCheckup, you, and our laboratory processing partners.
• Log & Device Data: Cookies, IP addresses, and standard browser identification generated while interacting with gohealthcheckup.com.

2. Use of Information

The data provided is strictly utilized to:

• Arrange and fulfill home sample collections.
• Accurately map your medical status for pathological calculations.
• Process standard payment transactions.
• Deliver digital test reports securely to your email address and your account dashboard.

3. Laboratory Partner

GoHealthCheckup is a booking and care-coordination platform. Sample collection, laboratory testing and the generation of diagnostic reports are performed by our partner laboratory, Thyrocare, a NABL and CAP accredited laboratory network. To fulfil your booking we share the identity, contact and health details necessary for the partner laboratory to collect your sample, process it and issue your report. Thyrocare processes that data under its own privacy obligations and applicable law.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not categorically sell or lease any personalized medical or identity records to third parties. We exclusively share data with:

• Our NABL-accredited partner laboratory (Thyrocare) strictly for the execution of sample collection and clinical processing.
• Our authorized digital payment gateways, which securely handle encrypted transaction requests.
• Law-enforcement or regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law.

5. Security Protocols

We leverage industry-standard cryptographic techniques including 256-bit SSL encryption to shield data passing through our servers, alongside secure tokenized sessions to prevent unauthorized application access.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time. Some records must be retained where medical-record or tax legislation requires it.
