Welcome to GoHealthCheckup. This platform is operated by GoHealthCheckup. By accessing and using our health diagnostic platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

GoHealthCheckup facilitates the booking of home-based sample collections, pathological diagnostic testing, and delivery of health reports. We act as an aggregator connecting patients to accredited diagnostic providers.

2. Role of the Partner Laboratory

Sample collection, laboratory testing and the issue of diagnostic reports are performed by our partner laboratory, Thyrocare, a NABL and CAP accredited laboratory network. GoHealthCheckup does not itself operate a pathology laboratory. Clinical accuracy, accreditation and the conduct of the assigned phlebotomist remain the responsibility of the partner laboratory, while GoHealthCheckup is responsible for the booking, coordination and support experience.

3. Payments and Pricing

All test prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of relevant taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior warning. Where online payment is available, GoHealthCheckup uses secure external payment gateways for transactions. We do not store your credit card or bank credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information regarding their health, age, gender, and contact details.
• Users must ensure they are available at the chosen location during the chosen sample collection slot.
• Fasting requirements (if any) mandated for specific tests must be strictly followed. Unreliable test results stemming from failure to fast are the sole responsibility of the patient.

5. Limitation of Liability

GoHealthCheckup is not a substitution for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult your physician regarding the implications of your lab reports.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
